When it comes to talking about Bunker Hill Apartments, we’ll let our residents speak for us …

The apartments are huge. They always say that in the ads, but they are not kidding here. The 2 bed/2 bath is huge!….The upstairs units have vaulted ceilings, which make them seem palatial. There’s lots of light and plenty of windows. There’s plenty of cupboard space and counter space in the kitchen and the water pressure is very nice. They have 24-hour laundry on-site….

The complex is situated in a quiet neighborhood full of professors, young professionals, and students. There are a fair amount of little dogs and some kids, which makes it feel very homey too. The grounds are very well maintained and the pools are nice, though very busy during the summer months. The maintenance staff are helpful and downright sweet. Another perk is the Canyon Crest Towne Center just across the street, which is very convenient for groceries, coffee, or even happy hour.

I love living here! I lived here 10 years ago in my early 20’s and after my husband and I got married, we chose Bunker Hill to start our life together.

As far as the apartment complex itself is concerned, these apartments are HUGE! Even the one bedrooms have a tremendous amount of space. I would recommend an upstairs apartment if you can deal with stairs. All the upstairs apartments have vaulted ceilings and therefore seem even more spacious. For the space and the price, you’re not going to find anything better in Riverside – believe me, I’ve looked.

The location is prime. We are directly across the street from the Canyon Crest Towne Center. Rite Aid and Ralph’s are right there. So many times I’ve run across the street just to grab something. It’s also really nice to take a walk with my husband across the street to have an impromptu date at one of the many restaurants, or even just to take our dog for a quick little walk.

Yes, that’s right, they do allow pets here for an additional deposit and an extra monthly fee. Our dog community around here is also really friendly. Half of us know each other just based on our dog’s names and not each others.” “The property is also well maintained. Every morning they have gardeners here working on the landscaping and cleaning the sidewalks…

Bunker hill is a great place to live. Walking distance from the canyon crest town center and offers spacious living and bedroom space! One of the best deals in the area for a pleasant and safe apartment! Management and maintenance are also both friendly and easy to work! We’re grateful to have lived in a great place with such kind neighbors too!
